Delivery Information

  1. How much will delivery cost?

We are proud to offer a $10 Australia-wide flat postage rate.

Express Post is available for $30 per order, but please note Australia Post have a size limit for Express Post parcels.

  1. When will my order be dispatched?

Provided the item you have ordered is in stock, we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment being cleared. Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email.

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).

  1. How will my order be delivered?

All of our Australian orders are sent via Registered Australia Post. Whilst Australia Post is generally very reliable, on rare occasions delivery can take up to 10 days and orders may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. public holidays).

  1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Melbourne to other capital cities: 2 - 4 Days

Melbourne to Vic & Tas Country: 2 - 4 Days

Melbourne to NSW & SA Country: 3 – 5 Days

Melbourne to QLD & WA Country: 4 – 8 Days

Melbourne to NT : 4 – 8 Days

If faster delivery is required, please request Express Post ($30) in the Comments section when you place your order.

  1. What happens if my order goes missing or is damaged in transit?

We are not able to accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. We are also not able to accept responsibility for an order that is not delivered because you have provided us with an incomplete or incorrect delivery address. Please note there will be an additional delivery charge for any orders that are returned to us and need to be resent because the delivery address was incorrect. Please also ensure that any orders being sent to a business address include the business name and appropriate delivery instructions.

We are not able to cancel or offer a refund on your order if there is an Australia Post delivery delay.

We will always do our best to assist if your order is delayed or goes missing. Please contact us if you have any concerns and we can provide you with the Australia Post tracking number for your order, or track on your behalf.

We recommend specifying an address where there is someone available to accept delivery of your parcel i.e. a business or work address. Australia Post will leave a card for you to collect your parcel from your local Post Office if there is no one home – they will not leave parcels unattended. Please note that Australia Post do not consider an item ‘missing in action’ until after 14 working days from the date of dispatch. If you use a business or work address, please be sure to include the company name when entering your address details.

  1. Do you delivery internationally?

Please email us at info@mrgift.com.au if you are an international customer and would like your order posted outside Australia so we can advise accurate postage rates. In your email, please be sure to specify the products and quantities you are interested in purchasing so we can provide an accurate quote.
