Returns Policy

Whilst shopping online is a quick, easy and convenient way of shopping these days, we understand it can sometimes be a daunting process. Whilst we endeavour to include detailed product descriptions and lots of images for all of our products, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In these instances, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. To qualify for an exchange of refund, products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within one month of placing your order.

To return an item, please fill in our returns form before sending your item back to us.

We also appreciate your feedback if you feel a product description and images do not accurately describe a product.
