“‘Well, he’s the worst child I’ve seen in twenty years of teaching!’. This statement was made by the school diagnostician in Brisbane (Australia) about my son, Nicholas. He was 7 years old. My son failed first grade and the diagnostician who did the IQ testing made this statement. I responded with “If he is the worst kid ever, then don’t expect him to learn like everyone else!”. I taught my son to read and write, on May 12 2018, he received his PhD in Applied Mathematics from Oxford University.” – Lois Letchford
