1. Delivery – How is my order sent to me and how long will it take to receive?

2. Order Payment - How do I pay for my order and what types of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal payments. Whilst all payments are securely processed through Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order.


3. Product Returns – What happens if I am not happy with any products I have ordered or if an item I receive is faulty?

4. Warranty – Are your products covered by warranty?

We will honour the warranty on items that come with manufacturer’s warranty.


5. Coupons and Gift Vouchers - How do I use a coupon?

Coupon codes (for special offers such as discounts and free delivery) can be entered once you have added products to your Shopping Cart.

Go to your Shopping Cart and under the products you have selected, check ‘Use Coupon Code’ option.

Enter your Coupon Code and click on ‘Apply Coupon’ button.


6. Do you gift wrap?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping. Just include a note requesting gift wrapping in the Comments section when you place your order.


7. Can my order be sent directly to the recipient?

Yes, simply enter in a different delivery address to your Account and Billing address when you place your order. Please ensure that you enter in your contact email and telephone number so we can contact you (and not the recipient) if there is a problem with your order.
