“I have no idea who came up with that quote, but my old boss used to repeat it all the time. At that time, I found it quite rude and ignorant for someone to say that in times of struggle. As I got older and (hopefully) a little more wiser, I understood that it is a quote to live by. Nothing good has even came out of worrying, crying, over-thinking, speculating etc. It is what it is and if you can’t change it – you must let go. Your energy is too precious to be wasted on Sisyphean labour!”
